Great Lakes Sim Racing (GLSR) is a close community of sim racers that meet on Monday and Wednesday across our portfolio of series. GLSR promotes intense racing with an emphasis on competition across diverse schedules that challenges drivers to their limit. GLSR has existed through 13 seasons of competition across the last 3 years and continues to grow every week.
Our series
GLSR is home to the Down Range Transport Premier Series. As the name implies, this is the biggest league hosted by GLSR and brings the best competitors from the community together for amazing racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series car on Wednesday night. GLSR is also home to the Spicy Schemes Super Truck Series and the Short Track Super League SRX Series that races on alternating Mondays. Our mission is to provide a home for our community to compete at a very high level on the race track. GLSR is an open community and is welcoming of all types of people who want to be challenged on the race track regardless of race, religion, or gender/orientation.
